Mock up Fees

Mock-up fees range from $2 to $20 USD and are only required if at least 50% of the item's total cost has not been paid upfront. These fees will be applied to the final purchase price.
Once a mock-up is approved, the item will be created exactly as shown. Please review the design carefully for any spelling or detail errors before giving final approval. Any issues identified after production will not be eligible for correction or replacement. If a remake is requested, the full cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Slot Reservations

All items at Bully Boutique are custom-made and often require a dedicated time slot to ensure quality and attention to detail. In order to reserve your place in the production schedule, a deposit of at least 50% of the total purchase price must be submitted within 48 hours of claiming your slot.

This deposit secures your position and allows us to begin preparing materials, planning the design, and organizing the timeline for your order. If the required payment is not received within the 48-hour window, the reserved slot will be considered forfeited and made available to another client without further notice.

Please be aware that slots are limited and often book quickly. Prompt payment helps keep our workflow running smoothly and ensures we can deliver your custom item on time. By claiming a slot, you are committing to the order, and we ask that you are prepared to complete payment and respond in a timely manner to any design or mock-up approvals needed to begin production.

Refund Policy

At Bully Boutique, each item is custom-made with care, time, and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once work has begun on your order. This includes any preparation, material sourcing, or design work initiated after your purchase.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In rare and exceptional cases, if a refund is considered and approved at Bully Boutique’s sole discretion, a non-refundable fee of 35% will be deducted from the total amount paid. This deduction accounts for time spent, materials used, and administrative processing.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To avoid any misunderstandings, we strongly encourage you to review all mock-ups thoroughly and communicate any concerns before final approval is given and production begins.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that once work is underway, the sale is considered final.

Digital Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital items, digital file purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. All sales of digital files are final.

Repair Policy

At Bully Boutique, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we create. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. That’s why we offer a repair service for up to 90 days after the item has been received.

If your item becomes damaged or needs repair within this 90-day window, we are happy to assist. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us for assessment and repair. Once the repair has been completed, Bully Boutique will cover the shipping costs to return the item back to you.

​

For repairs requested after the 90-day period, we will evaluate the issue and provide a quote for the cost of the repair. This quote will include both labor and any materials needed. Once the repair cost is approved by the customer, payment will be required before the work begins. The customer will also be responsible for all associated shipping costs.

​

If your item arrives damaged due to an error on our part or during the creation process (not caused by the shipping provider), Bully Boutique will gladly repair or replace the item at no additional charge. In such cases, we will also cover all shipping expenses related to correcting the issue.

​

It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly review all mock-ups and work-in-progress updates for accuracy, including spelling and text placement. Any spelling mistakes that are approved during the mock-up process and not caught prior to final production will not qualify for free repairs or replacements.

​

However, in such cases, Bully Boutique may offer a repair or replacement at a discounted rate, at our discretion. The buyer will be responsible for covering the full cost of shipping the item to and from our shop for any such correction.

Please note that we do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or issues caused by third-party shipping providers. We recommend carefully inspecting your order upon arrival and reaching out to us as soon as possible if you notice any concerns.
